Protection of Clients’ Assets

Ms. Annaliesa Lindsay chairs the committee that advises the Council in the exercise of the powers and responsibilities set out in the new section 20A to 20L (Part IV A) of the Legal Profession Act.  These provisions authorize the Council to take action to protect clients’ files and property in circumstances where those files or property are at risk.
