The Legal Profession (Continuing Legal Professional Development) Regulations, 2013 came into force on February 1 2013.
The following errors have been identified in the Regulations which will be amended in due course to correct them.
- The reference in regulation 11 to 9 (3) should be a reference to 10 (3);
- The reference in regulation 12(2) to regulation 12 should have been to 17;
- The references in regulation 22 to regulations 5(2) and 10 (2) should have been to 6(2) and 12(4), respectively.
